Limited Production Marbled Papers |

Katherine Radcliffe’s professional reputation as an artist was established in the medium of marbled printing. Using oil based paints, she developed an assortment of faux marble papers, including those resembling malachite and lapis lazuli; and layered tortoise shell patterns. Because Radcliffe no longer does oil marbling, a very limited supply of papers done with oil paints can be purchased, until they sell out, at sources listed at the bottom of this page. |

Acrylic Marbled Patterns |
Some of the most popular patterns of the oil marbled series are now done using acrylic rather than oil paints, to replace the oil versions. They differ slightly in appearance from the originals but are similar enough to retain the same pattern names. Examples of applications using oil based marbled papers are shown below next to the four acrylic marbled papers that are sold through the same sources listed at the page bottom. |
